Pharmacology : Decitabine is one specific inhibitor of DNA methylation methytranferase. It can reverse the process of DNA methylation, induce tumor cells differentiating to normal cells or apoptosis.

Application : Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) sickle-cell anemia, Intramedullary cell leukemia and some other solid tumor.
